	Brand Identity
Portland Garden Design is a landscape studio rooted in the Pacific Northwest, specializing in intentional, native plant–focused landscapes. The visual identity was inspired by the Native Fritillaria flower, chosen for its regional relevance and distinctive silhouette. The goal was to create a brand that feels timeless, approachable, and connected to place.


The final identity centers around a handcrafted monogram, a refined serif logotype, and a natural color palette drawn from foliage, stone, and sky. The system was designed to support the studio as it grows while maintaining a grounded, nature-inspired presence.

	Brand Identity
Wallflour Goods is a beloved bakery based in Auburn, WA, serving up sweet treats since 2020. I partnered with them on a full rebrand that reflects their warm, welcoming spirit. The new identity features a whimsical color palette, playful hand-drawn illustrations, and textured details that echo the cozy, homemade charm of their baked goods. Her cake, cupcake, and macaron designs are simple and minimalistic, allowing the quality behind each treat to shine.

The Portland Pickles are a collegiate summer baseball team that collaborates with local artists to create unique merch each month. I had the honor of designing merchandise for their June 2024 game, which included a poster, sticker, koozie, and t-shirt.

	Logo Design
PDX Contemporary Art is a commercial gallery showcasing both local and international artists. After relocating in 2022, owner Jane Beebe approached me in late 2023 to refresh their logo. She wanted a lighter, more modern feel while preserving the gallery’s signature grey. The final design embraces minimalism with elongated letterforms and subtle stroke variations, creating a refined aesthetic that reflects the innovation and creativity of the artists the gallery represents.

I had the privilege of working at LiveEdge Salon + Spa while completing my Bachelor's Degree at Portland State University. During my time there, I served in guest services and contributed to the marketing team with my photography skills. At the end of 2023, I left LiveEdge to pursue freelance graphic design. Rainbow Mo Creations is a Portland-based artist who crafts expressive clothing and accessories through sustainable practices, repurposing thrifted materials. Describing their work as "wearable art for expressive humans," Mo wanted branding that captured their funky style, spirited energy, and a crafty, energetic logo. Drawing inspiration from their Midwest roots, we incorporated a cowboy hat nestled within a rainbow to reflect their unique personality.

	Late PourBrand Identity


Late Pour is a latte art competition I created for local baristas in Portland, OR. The goal was to design a type-focused event. Instead of using a premade typeface for the logo, I took this opportunity to explore creating custom type. The competition takes place at night with the color palette and imagery complementing that using an electric neon green and b&#38;amp;w images.&#38;nbsp;

My task was to create a skill share event for Portland State students. This event was designed to take place over zoom to practice social distancing in the height of the pandemic. The deliverables reflect this priority with a strong emphasis on a social media campaign. Keywords I used throughout my decision making were approachable, informative, playful, and simplistic.&#38;nbsp;

After choosing the event name and sketching it out, I quickly found the length to be quite long. The solution, to have a mascot similar to the Microsoft Word paperclip, Clippy to help establish branding. In other logo iterations I explored incorporating elements like a document icon or mouse arrow to visually represent the digital aspect of this event.

Microsoft Word Paperclip, Clippy!


Breaking the name down into an acronym led me to the phrase ‘let’s go’ which also rhymns with lego. I used a san serif typeface, Kohinoor Devanagari for it’s easy readability and approachable nature. My intention behind ‘let’s get’ being all lowercase and ORGANIZED all caps was to reiterate this skillshare event is one to get excited about. Yay!

Refining my rough sketches in Adobe Illustrator, I moved forward with designs that embodied playfulness. Inspired by Microsoft’s paperclip, I chose the lego design for it’s originality. Larry the Lego would be used to help establish brand identity and assist attendees throughout the event.
